Who you are contracting with
This website and all services are provided by AyrFitWomen, based in Miami, Florida. When you book or purchase a service, you are contracting with AyrFitWomen.
Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use this website, booking a session, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
Our services
AyrFitWomen provides fitness and wellness services, including consultations, personal training, Train + Recover memberships, online coaching, and lymphatic drainage sessions. We do not provide medical treatment, physical therapy, diagnosis, or rehabilitation.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be of legal age to purchase services. You agree to provide accurate information — including relevant health information and any guidance from your healthcare providers — and to keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or services. This includes using them for any unlawful purpose; fraud, spam, or impersonation; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with security, including introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping the site.
Intellectual property
AyrFitWomen retains ownership of the website and all its content, including text, images, programs, guides, documentation, and branding. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute these materials without written permission.
Payments, billing, and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All services are paid in full at booking, and all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice, and a booking may be rescheduled up to two times. See our Refund Policy. Membership commitments, such as the three-month Train + Recover commitment, are stated at the time of purchase.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the website and booking system available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services are provided as described, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to services if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AyrFitWomen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
