AyrFitWomen, based in Miami, Florida, is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website and our services. This means we decide how and why your information is used.

Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address; booking details such as selected dates, times, and packages; information you choose to share in intake forms, such as wellness goals, first-time status, health considerations, and focus areas; messages you send us; provider referral details; and basic technical data such as IP address, browser, and device information.

How and why we use it

To schedule and deliver the services you book (performance of a contract); to tailor sessions safely to the health information you provide (your consent); to respond to inquiries and provide support (legitimate interests); to keep the website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); and to meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who host and operate our website and booking system; Stripe, our payment processor, which handles payments and receipts; professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers; healthcare providers who referred you, only with your permission; and authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and client records for as long as you are a client and for up to 3 years afterward, or longer where required for legal or tax purposes. Inquiries are kept for up to 12 months. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, restricted access to booking records, and trusted providers, to protect your information.
